About the Vision

Executive Summary

Faith Citadel church, a long-standing institution in its Detroit community, has arrived at a critical financial juncture that threatens its long-term viability. This challenge, however, presents a transformative opportunity centered on the church's most significant physical asset: over 33,000 square feet of underutilized space.

The Fortress of Dreams project is a definitive strategic recommendation to redevelop this property into a multi-tenant "Citadel Community Hub." This innovative model repositions the church as a community anchor and landlord, leasing purpose-built space to a curated group of nonprofit partners.

Our Mission

To transition our campus from a Sunday-centric facility to a daily resource for the community. We envision a bustling hub where the lights are on every day of the week, providing sanctuary, opportunity, and healing to our neighbors.

Our Goal

To fullfil a critical "service integration gap" in local social infrastructure. We are creating a central, trusted platform where residents can access a coordinated suite of health, economic, and social support services under one roof.
